Multi Photo Layout using Days of Splendor | Lauren Hender
Hello everyone! Big welcome back to the Pink Fresh Studio blog. I hope you are all safe and well during this crazy time. Today I am sharing with you a layout I have created of my daughter using the stunning Days of Splendor collection and one of the beautiful Pink Fresh Studio exclusive cut files.
I had these four fabulous photos of my daughter. They were black and white, full frame photos of her face and they were taken all on a white backdrop. This is the perfect combo for a multi photo layout as you are able to overlap them and they are not completing with each other by having busy backgrounds or multiple people in the photo. Try it out one day and you won't be sorry with the result.
You may have noticed that I have stepped outside my usual style by mounting my photos to help them stand off the page. On this layout I have not done that as I was hoping to try and give a seamless effect between the photos allowing them the blend a little.
To have some fun with the 'multiples' concept I repeated the title three times. I used the spectacular Adore Alpha stamp set and the Pink Fresh Studio ink cubes to create some custom color titles that perfectly match the Days of Splendor collection. To get this effect I used a stamping platform which enabled me to perfectly line up the stamp when apply the second color.
I also added in multiples of the beautiful Pink Fresh Studio butterfly cut file. This butterfly is so delicate that when adhered to your layout as mine is, it doesn't take away from the photos but only adds lovely detail to your layout and helps it to come to life.
I hope my layout has inspired you to have a go at adding multiples of everything to your layouts and to use the Days of Splendor collection to capture your memories.
Happy Scrapping xx
