Order Cancellations

All sales are final and we will not cancel an order once it has been placed on our website.

A 5% order cancellation fee will be charged if we opt to cancel an order and issue a refund.

The 5% order cancellation fee will be waived if store credit is issued.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or allow exchanges.

Price Adjustments

We do not do price adjustments.

Order issues

Please report any order issues within 5 days of delivery to customerservice@pinkfreshstudio.com along with pictures. We will not be able to resolve it if you fail to report it within 5 business days of delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

Pinkfresh Studio is not responsible for packages or products lost or damaged by USPS or other third-party shippers once they have left our warehouse. We offer optional Navidium Shipping Protection, and failure to purchase it will result in your order not being replaced if it is lost, destroyed, or stolen.

Navidium Package Protection Benefits

If your order arrives damaged, email us at customerservice@pinkfreshstudio.com within 5 business days to make a claim.

An order is considered lost 30 days after shipping for all orders within the USA and 45 days for all orders outside the USA. If your order is lost, we will reship it upon request. If the products that you ordered are unavailable, we will issue you a refund.
