Karlla here and I'm so happy to share a new layout with you.

Monochrome is an incredible challenge to awaken our creativity.

I chose to abuse the beautiful shades of blue from the "Happy Heart" collection.

I wanted to create a smooth project, with black and white photos and a watercolor background. I chose to leave the creation at the top of the layout, with a super tag as a photo base

To highlight the tag, I made a watercolor with the beautiful ink pad "Ocean Breeze". this color is my favorite. I think it's amazing how smooth she gets for this technique.

I added some "Chipboard Frame" at the base of this layout and I left a frame to highlight one of the photos and I loved how it turned out. I cut out some butterflies of the same tone to give more detail to the project.

The detail I loved about this project was the flower arrangement I created with paper clippings and leaves from the "Floral Ephemera". Added some phrases and word from "Chipboard and Cardstock Stickers".

To finish the layout, I tore the floral paper and overlapped it in 3 parts with a seam on the edge at the bottom of the layout. I love these details.
