Just A Little Lovely & Office Hours Inspiration | Erica Thompson
One thing I love to use on my projects is cut files! I am so excited that Pinkfresh Studio will soon have them for sale on the website coming very soon! For my first layout I knew I wanted to use one of the beautiful floral wreath cut files. I created this layout to go along with the September challenge and I used a lot of Pinkfresh Studio watercolors to create this page.
I started by cutting the cut file out on some white cardstock. I then took another piece of white cardstock and added a layer of gesso. Once this was dry I started to add in some of the Pinkfresh Studio Watercolors. I created different sections of color because this is what I will use to back my cut file. I just love how it turned out and you can check out my process video on the Pinkfresh Studio YouTube Channel HERE!

For my second layout I wanted to use up some of my Office Hours scraps so I decided to create a grid layout! I started by gathering all my smaller Office Hours scraps and creating 4 piles of layers. A lot of the pieces came from the paper called Hustle.
I wanted to add some texture to my 4 piles of paper so I ran some of the papers through my sewing machine and did not trim off the extra string. I also added a couple staples to the layers for even more texture.
I added a lot of ephemera pieces and puffy stickers around each photo. Some are popped up with foam adhesive for some dimension. I love how this layout turned out and that I was able to use up some of my smaller scraps. I even used a pattern paper background which is totally not the norm for me. Here is a look at my completed layout using the Office Hours collection.
I love that the Office Hours collection can be used for back to school photos for our Ms Sassy Pants Alyssa Danielle! And the messy look of the layers match her messy style and I just love it! To check out how it all came together you can watch my process video HERE on the Pinkfresh Studio YouTube. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
