Whisk It Good Layout | Brianna Lepper
Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today with a new layout using the Life Right Now collection. I love the kitchen elements in this collection and thought they'd be great to use to document a photo I took of my youngest son making a coffee drink we saw trending on Instagram back in March of 2020. I have a lot of everyday photos similar to this one that the Life Right Now collection would be perfect for! Here's my layout:
I love getting creative and finding different ways to use product. I was going through my Pinkfresh die sets and pulled out the Folk Edge Square set. I thought it would be fun to create a layered background by die cutting the squares into frames, turning them on their sides and arranging them in the center of the page. I made sure to layer them to give it a fun look.
I adhered them all down to a piece of white cardstock and then got out the Summer Shower and Candy Violet ink pads and did a bit of watercoloring directly onto the frames.
To add a bit of pattern to the rest of the page, I cut pieces of the B side from the Time To Chill 12x12 patterned paper and adhered them down to the top right and bottom left corners. I then cut a few of the leaves from the Curvy Leaves die set on green and white cardstock and layered some Floral Ephemera with them.
Here's the bottom corner:
I matted my photo with a piece of scrap patterned paper and arranged some Ephemera around it. I love how both ephemera pieces have shelves! They look great against my photo since it was taken in my kitchen. Next, I fussy cut a few windows from the Happy Place 12x12 patterned paper and layered those in my photo cluster as well.
I created my title using the Puffy Alphas and nestled it right under my photo. As some finishing touches, I added a few Puffy Stickers and Essential Jewels in Glacier.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope that I've inspired you in some way! I'll see you in my next post friends!
