Quilt inspired layout ft. Flower Market | Eva Pizarro
Hello everyone! It's Eva on the blog today, sharing a layout inspired by quilt designs.
To create the design, I made some squares, alternating between the gorgeous patterned paper and white cardstock. The patterned paper squares were 9 cm, 7 cm, 5 cm and 3 cm. The white squares were: 8 cm, 6 cm, 4 cm and 2 cm.
I made 14 squares, cut them in 4 parts and arranged them on my page.
The background was very busy so I tried to create a simple few clusters with Die cuts, Chipboard Frames, enamel dots and layered embellishments.
I also used my Floral Trio Hot Foil Plate and Die on vellum and added a few accents here and there.
For my title, I used the new Foiled Sentiments 5 and added a phrase in gold.
Here's the final page. What do you think? It was time consuming but I love to be able to showcase all the pretty patterned papers!
Have a great day!
