Out and About Collection - Travel Themed Layouts | Enza Gudor
Hello, Pinkfresh fans. Enza here, and this month I'm bringing you two layouts created with the super fun Out and About collection. This colorful travel line is all you need to document your adventures; I love everything about it, from the unique patterns to the wide variety of embellishments.
My first layout features the Floral Globe cut file, that you can download for free in the Pinkfresh Studio Facebook Fan Group. Check out the album for other cut files as well!
I started by resizing the cut file to obtain three different sizes and welded the images together – I wanted to have one whole piece, but overlapping the three globes would have worked too. I used the Scenic Route paper to back it, as it really brings out the travel theme.
Before adhering the cut file down, I prepared my background. I love how dark colored papers make everything else pop! Here I trimmed the New Places rainbow paper in 1/2” strips and arranged them vertically on both sides of the Traveler paper to form sort of a frame. To bring in more texture, I machine-stitched them in place.
I matted the photo with white textured cardstock and layered several other elements behind it. I first added one of the fun Travel Tags, and continued with die cuts from the Bucket List cut apart sheet, as well as Cardstock Stickers. To embellish the top, I used epoxy stickers from the Mixed Embellishment Pack, Puffy Stickers and other sentiments.
To finish the layout, I created a cluster of embellishments in the top left corner using die cuts and enamel dots, which I also scattered here and there around the globes.
My second layout features the beautiful Stitched Frames. If there is one embellishment I'm always excited about in Pinkfresh Studio collections, this would be it. I love, love, love these ready-to-use frames! I'm a fan of the big size and colorful details.
This page came together in no time. I chose the Travel Icons paper as my background and simply created a big cluster on the left side with three of the Stitched Frames and lots of embellishments.
I layered die cuts and patterned paper behind the frames before adhering them down, and used foam adhesive for dimension. For the top, I combined Cardstock Stickers, Epoxy and Puffy Stickers, and more die cuts.
A title created with the Alpha Puffy Stickers and enamel dots finished the page.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you'll feel inspired to create your next travel themed layout with the gorgeous Out and About collection.
