One Day at a time Layout | Susi Becerra
Hello everyone! It's Susi here today sharing a new layout created with the beautiful "Keeping it Real " collection from Pinkfresh Studio. I am in love with this collection, love the fresh colors, the florals, the chipboard stickers...and I'm sure you will fall in love with it.
This time I wanted to play with the ink cubes and try the liquid watercolors from Pinkfresh, so I created a soft mixed-media background using the plastic technique.
I used the Sunshine watercolor mixed with water, the Regal kiss and Slumber ink cubes. I added a few splatters of white acrylic paint and ink mixed with water.
One of my favorite patterned paper is Big Mood paper so I fussy cut all the tags from it and I picked the ones that matched with the background colors. Next I group them by color and attached them using my crop-a-dile and eyelets.
I wanted to create an interactive layout so I cut the photos using a tag as a template and put one in each group of tags. To embellish the tags I used the die cuts from the collection and puffy stickers.
Next, I used the Heather Lowercase Die set to create the numbers 1,2,3, and I wrote my journaling with my goals for the new year.
To create the title I used the gorgeous Mini Alpha Stickers. To finish I picked enamel dots from the collection and the Essentials Jewel Mix along some sequins from my stash.
And that`s all.I hope you like it and inspires you to check the beautiful Keeping it Real collection in the Pinkfresh Studio shop.
See you next time!
