Hello crafters! It's Susi here today sharing with you my new project with the beautiful FLOWER MARKET collection from Pinkfresh Studio. Spring is here! I'm totally in love with this collection and I know you fall in love! To feature the collection I made a mini album hanging  in a frame so you can put it on your desk. I hope you like this idea.

Let's get started!

First off we are going to make the frame. We need a piece of cardboard of 6 5/8" h x 5 1/2" w. Next,  measure 1/2 inch from the edges all around and cut out. Then choose one of the beautiful patterned papers from the collection and cover this piece. I used the Aviary paper.

Now, we are going to make the base of the frame. Cut two pieces from the  same paper used to cover the frame of 2 1/2" h x 4" w. Score at 1", 2, 3". Next, use a cutter to cut out  horizontally a piece on the center of the second mark. This piece should be the same width as the thickness of your frame and measure 7/8". You can see how the piece looks in the photo below.

Fold and stick  the piece creating a triangle. Repeat the process. You need two pieces to hold the frame.

Now, we are going to create the mini album.

Covers : We need two piece of cardboard of 5" h x 3 7/8" w. Cover the covers with patterned paper from the collection. I used side B of Spring paper . To cover the inside I used the gorgeous Bouquet paper. Next . punch a hole on the center of the covers and a distance of 5/8". I used my crop A dile to make it and added a green eyelet.

Pages: To make the pages I used the Nested Rectangles Die. ( second size). You can cut the pages by hand. They measure 3 6/8" w x 4 7/8" h. Cut six pages using different patterned papers. Next, punch a hole on top of the pages.

TIP: Use the cover as a template to make the holes on the pages.

The structure of the mini album is done! Now, It's time to decorate it! YAY!

For the cover I made a small paper rosette using the Floweret paper. On the center I stick  a Layered Sticker from the collection. As an extra detail for my cover I  used a tassel and enamel dots.

To decorate the pages use all the beautiful embellishments from the collection: Floral Ephemera, Vellum Ephemera  Ephemera Pack, Puffy Stickers, Cardstock Stickers....

To attach the mini album I used a  book ring from the collection. In love with this new product!I also used the Puffy Alpha Stickers to number all the pages.

The Chipboard Frames and the Journaling Bits are great to decorate some pages.

The mini is finished. Now you can hang it from your frame. It's perfect to decorate your desk! You can add more pages if you like it! I hope this idea inspires you!
