Hey friends!  Brianna Lepper here today sharing my first layout using the new and gorgeous collection, Simply The Best.  

I was inspired by the Just Chill 12x12 patterned paper and I immediately wanted to cut it up and create a design, similar to the original one.  So I trimmed down a few squares, added some white gesso and some faux stitching to each one using a white gel pen.  I then adhered them to a piece of textured white cardstock.  

I matted my photo with a piece of vellum and layered a card from the Journaling Bits pack and a frame from the Ephemera pack.  

I love the tags from the Happy Times 12x12 patterned paper so I fussy cut one out, added an eyelet and tied some white twine through it.  I adhered it next to my photo and layered in a few Chipboard Frame stickers around my page, creating some additional clusters.  

For my title, I used one of the phrases from the Puffy Stickers and added it under my photo.  

This photo is of my youngest son Elijah and it's one of my favorites.  There's a perfect Ephemera piece that says "Instant Mood Booster" and I thought it was a great addition to the bottom of my layout.  

As some finishing touches, I added in a few Chipboard Flair Stickers and Enamel Dots.  I also splattered on some of the Stargazer ink cube for some extra pops of that pretty dark blue.  I love how it turned out!
