Hi everyone, it's Vicki here today with another layout using the gorgeous Days of Splendor collection which is available at your favourite online retailer now.

I started but tearing the 'Fall in Love' paper in half and then cutting the strips of colour before arranging them in colour piles. I laid them across the page in a loose rainbow order and stuck them down.

I used various ink cubes to add some colour beneath each colour - I matched these as closely as I could using Berrylicious, Passion Fruit, Doe, Licorice, Ocean Breeze, Regal Kiss and Soft Lilac. 

I then used my sewing machine and sewed along each strip of paper down through the inked section with coordinating colours.

Using lots of die cuts, and images cut from the 'Oh so Delightful' paper, I embellished tone on tone.

I finally used the mini alphabet for my title - Funny Girl. I hope it gives you some inspiration for this gorgeous collection. Thank you so much for looking, Vicki x
