Holiday Layouts Using the Oh Joy Collection
Happy New Year, Pinkfresh fans! I'm here today sharing two layouts that I created using the Oh Joy collection...
I had two adorable photos of my daughter dressed up in her Christmas best (and a fun Santa hat!) that I just had to document so I printed my photos off of my computer and used one of the gold foil acetate journaling cards from the Oh Joy collection to layer beneath my photos to begin my page. I also added one of the gold acrylic sentiment stickers from the collection to embellish directly onto the left photo for added glitz.
I placed the gold acrylic gift-shaped stickers on top of one of the patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad and added them to my page as well. I also used lots of vellum stars that I cut out using my Silhouette to accent my page and create a little bit of softness to my overall design.
For my next layout, I used a selfie of me standing next to our Christmas tree when it was delivered. I took one of the patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad and fussy-cut the trees out so I could use some foam adhesive and layer them on top of the coordinating 12x12 piece of patterned paper from the Oh Joy collection to create some dimension.
I layered the 3x4 photo on top of the "Merry Christmas" sentiment patterned paper and placed it near the bottom left side of my page. I also placed several of the puffy star stickers on top of some of the trees and layered the "Bring On The Twinkle" puffy sticker directly on top of my photo.
I added my title using the aqua and gold foil alpha stickers from the Oh Joy collection above my photo and used some dimensional paste and a stencil to create the red stars.
I hope I've given you some inspiration on how to use the lovely items and papers from the Oh Joy collection. I'm sure you have lots of great Christmas photos on your phone or camera that need scrapping!
Thanks so much for joining me and I hope you have a wonderful day!
