Hello Pinkfresh Studio friends! It's Susi here today sharing with you a new 12 x 12 scrapbook layout using the beautiful and sweet Folk Floral Stem suite.  Are you ready to play with stencils, inks and the gorgeous Hot Foil technique?

Let's get started!

For the base of the Layout we need a 12 x 12 white cardstock. First off, we are going to create a soft background using the ink cubes from Pinkfresh Studio. I chose two purple tones : Soft Lilac and Candy Violet.

I ink blended the ink colours with a light hand to get soft colours. Next I added some splashes mixing the ink with water.

To continue, I foiled the Folk Floral Stem Hot Foil Plate onto smooth white cardstock five times and used the coordinating stencils to color in one using ink cubes : Soft Lilac, Candy Violet, Olive and Evergreen.

Next, I die cut  only three images with the coordinating die. We are going to use this pieces on the background. Next, we need a circle die set in three sizes. I used the biggest to cut the photo and I used the other two to cut circles with part of the images.

Once we got all the pieces, we are goint to arrange on the base of the layout the die cut images and the photo. When they look nice , we'll  glue them. Next, we have to add foam 3D to the circles to give dimension to the project and create a fun effect. Next, we'll arrange this pieces so that designs match the background. I love this effect!

To complete the layout, I added the "Hello Friend" from Foiled Sentiments 3 and a circle with a phrase. I used the Heather Lowercase Die set to cut the number 1 and a Mini alphabet stickers to add "Month" on the circle.

  I finished my layout with a enamel dots and a gold thread. Next, I sewed around the layout using my sewing machine.
