Happy Days Terrarium Mini Album | Celes Gonzalo
Hi everyone! It's Celes here... with my last idea. Yes... this will be my last idea for now. It has been a pleasure to share with all of you during these two years. The best way to say goodbye: a new mini album in the shape of a terrarium ;) Today I'm using the Lovely Blooms Collection! We are going to make this wonderful mini album to keep all our most special memories :) Let's get started!
To prepare this mini album I used the Terrarium Die Set. I used as the base for my cover and for the structure. I prepared a paper cut pattern for the structure and for the interior.I placed the two dies from the set together on a piece of paper and marked the entire outline with a pencil. This is how I got my pattern for the cardboard covers and the inside pages. For the spine I cut a piece. of cardboard of 1 1/2" w x 3 h.
Covers:
To prepare the frontal/back cover and the spine I used white cardstock (outer and inner). Remember to stick the closing ribbons before sticking the interior papers.
Spine:
You need a piece of cardstock of: 6" w x 2 1/2" h. Score at: 1/2", 1", 1/4", 1 3/4", 2 1/4", 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", 3 3/4", 4 1/4", 4 3/4", 5", 5 1/2". Fold and glue forming the spine.
Cover Decoration:
I cut the interior pieces using the Terrarium Die Set and 6x6 Paper Pack. Also I added some pieces on foil paper.
Them I started to decorate it using some pieces from the Puffy Stickers, Floral Ephemera Pack, Ephemera Pack and the Fabric Stickers.
When everything is ready, we can glue the pieces, form the structure and leave the cover ready.
Interior:
The inside binding is prepared with a paper spine and 5 base pages. For each page I cut double design papers from the 6x6 Paper Pack and double foil paper pieces using the Terrarium Die Set
Now the most fun moment: time to decorate! :) Love to combine different pieces from the Puffy Stickers, Cardstock Stickers, Chipboard Stickers, Floral Ephemera Pack, Ephemera Pack and the Fabric Stickers.
One of my favorite product to prepare the decoration was the Fabric Stickers. They are amazing and great to combine them with other products. I left a lot of free space for photographs and other memorie pieces.
I gave the final shine detail to my spine using some dies from the Wrap Around Elements Die Set and foil paper. You will see that I used one small piece from the Chipboard Stickers too.
I hope that we will see each other again soon and that all the ideas that I have shared with you have been very enjoyable.
Thank you always!
