Hello friends! It's Susi here today! I'm excited to share a new project with you using the new collection from Pinkfresh Studio. "The Best Day" is simply wonderful! I love everything in it! The Best Day is my new favorite collection and I'm sure yours too.

It's time to prepare something beautiful to document the next fall season, so let's create a fun and sweet mini album! Yay!

The size of this mini album is 4 by 5 1/2 inches. We need four pieces of cardboard to create the structure with the following measures:

4 x 5 1/2 inches ( back cover)

2 1/4 x 5  1/2 inches (spine)

3 x 5 1/2 inches and 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches ( cover).

The cover consists of two pieces, one stuck on top of the other. I love the look got!

To cover the pieces I used the 12 x 12 patterned papers from the collection.In particular I've used "Loved this day" and "Together is my fave" patterned papers. I'm totally in love with this floral paper. It's so sweet and delicate!

The inside pages of the mini are full of pockets and flaps; in this way we get a small album to have a large storage capacity.

To create the inside pages I used a soft pink cardstock as a base. To decorate the pages I used the 6 x 6 paper pad. All the pages are joined to the spine with a tab (1/2 inch). I wanted to play with the pages size so I started by cutting the first page to 4 x 4 inches and I was increasing in size in the next pages.

The Journaling Bits are fantastic to keep inside photos, tags and journaling.

Create pockets and envelopes is great to hide photos and text.

The chipboard frames from the collection could not be more beautiful. Use it to highlight a black and white photo.

More pockets and flaps...more flowers and beautiful embellishments. It's difficult to choose an ornament from this collection. They are all too pretty!

Finally, I used elements from Journaling Bits again. This color combination looks great!
