Hello Pinkfresh friends!

Thank you for stopping by today! On this layout I'm showcasing a delicate butterfly cutfile that will come online this month in the Pinkfresh Studio Facebook Fan group. If you join us over there you will be able to download this cutfile for free! So if you're a fan of cutfiles and/or butterflies, this will be right up your alley. 

These soft butterflies fit perfectly with the My Favorite Story collection. The layout began with cutting the 'Best chapter' paper down to size and sewing wavy lines across the entire page, to represent the trails of the butterflies. 

I backed the little flower in the wings with the leftover paper in different combinations of yellow and pink. I wanted to keep the butterflies very transparent and airy, so I left it at that. I cut vellum in the same shape and sewed them to the cutfiles, so they have an extra layer and I can create dimension on the layout. 

To draw the attention to the picture, I used some floral ephemera and the flowers I cut out of the 'Plant kindness' paper from this collection, using this cutfile. I also used two frames from the Noteworthy collection and a few chipboard flairs. 

Finally I used the pretty puffy alpha stickers from the collection to create the title. I love the font and the little gold details on them.
