Be You & The Mix Vol 2 | Project Life Page | Stephanie Dagan
I must admit that large format pages do not make me feel comfortable anymore. I prefer to work on smaller formats such as project life or mini albums. That's why I'm going to share two double-page project life today pages today!
This first double page mostly uses the Be You collection. I love to create a little page like this, it's pretty easy and quick to design. I prefer staying simple by using just a few embellishments with some colors that catch the eye.
The second double page focuses on The Mix Vol 2 collection. I love the colors of this collection so much! It's terrible to have to choose embellishments, I wanted to use all of them!
On this page, I played with circles and volume. One of my favorite techniques is the "shaker box" because I love sequins so much, and it's the perfect way to use them!
I cut different sizes of circles on my page with my Big Shot, then I glued transparent paper on the back of the page and covered each circle. Grab some foam adhesive, different colors of sequins, and little pieces of Be You paper collection and put it all together!
Some of the embellishments are also captives in the shaker boxes like this little heart. And to bring more volume, I glued my journaling and the circle sticker with foam adhesive.
I like alternating traditional pages and pocket pages because the design techniques are very different and it brings a beautiful harmony when you turn the pages of your album.
