Hi everyone, Nancy here today with a few projects. This Life Noted is one of my favorite collections from Pinkfresh. The bold colors and nice, clean lines make creating layouts easy and fun. Today I created a simple background decorated with some leftover die cuts that I had on my desk.

The white on white gives the background a nice pop of texture and still lets the photo shine!

A layer of bright colored pattern from the Life Noted 6x6 paper pad make the perfect mat for this photo. A few more layers of small patterns gives the center of the design some dimension. The rubber charms and wood veneer ad more shape and layers.

A pair of fun cards for the book lover in your life. These are simple in design, but still packed with detail. I made a small pink book out of patterned paper and a few sheets of white card stock sewn together. Wood veneer and a stamp add the perfect touch.

The library card was created with a stamp, colored ink and a wood veneer embellishment. Adding a vellum pocket kicks the design up and still keeps it simple.
