Hello Pinkfresh friends!  I'm so happy to be back on the blog sharing my January Project Life spread and a sweet valentine using the Felicity Collection.  I love how versatile this collection can be, spring, winter, love themes, you just can't go wrong.

We spent a lot of time close to home in January.  And in order to keep cabin fever at bay, we tried to get outside as much as possible.  It was fun matching all the yellows, greens and blues in my photos with the soft colors in the collection.

Despite the fact that Felicity isn't meant to be a pocket page collection, I was really pleased with how easy it was to make this spread work.  I used pieces of the 6x6 paper pad and the cut apart 12x12 sheet to make all my journaling cards.

I then layered my photos and cards with so many goodies from the die-cut pack, the watercolor phrases, the painted wood veneer bits and those fabulous puffy stickers.

It was a fun and easy spread to put together, I wish they were all that way!

For my second project this month, I just couldn't shake the drive to create more valentines.  That urge usually stays with me year round, but at least, for now, I'm still in the appropriate month.

I kept this beauty fairly monochromatic, I think I must have been on color overload after the spread above. This card is simple and sweet and full of love.

Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today.  I hope you're staying warm, cozy and crafty on this mid-winter day!
