October 2023 Challenge
Welcome to the October challenge at Pinkfresh Studio! You all created such amazing projects for last month's challenge, and we can't wait to see what you create this month! This challenge is for ALL papercrafters - including scrapbooking, cardmaking, minis, journals, notebooks & more!
If you haven't checked it out yet, we featured our Top 3 Cards & Layouts, plus the prize winners from the September challenge on yesterday's post! Who knows...maybe it will be YOU this month! You never know unless you play along! :)
October's challenge is Ombre/Tone on Tone!
We can't wait to see the ways you use tone on tone or ombre effects on your projects! You can blend inks, layer different colors of cardstock or pattern paper, or use embellishments in varying shades to create an ombre or tone on tone look - the possibilities are endless!
The following ink shades are the best matches for the colors in the challenge: Coral Reef, Fresh Pear, Ballet Slipper, Soft Lilac or Lavender, & Olive.
As always you can use just the theme, just the colors, or use both for your projects! Here is some inspiration for you from our amazing team:

One cardmaking entry and one memory-keeping entry will receive a $50 gift card to the Pinkfresh Studio Store! The two winners will be randomly selected based on these two categories.

Rules:
- Create a new card, layout, journal/notebook page, mini album, DIY or any paper project using the challenge graphic posted above. While it is fine if you use a few items from other companies, the focus should be on Pinkfresh Studio product.
- Post your project to your personal blog, Instagram or online gallery. Please make sure you link back directly to the challenge.
- Add a direct link to your project using the InLinkz below.
- You may enter up to 3 new, never seen before projects into our challenge each month.
- Please make sure to leave a comment on this post! Feel free to tell us a couple details about your project, or mention some challenges you'd like to see in coming months.
Deadline:
Get your creations linked up by Tuesday, October 31 at 11:59pm CST. Winners & the Top 3 will be announced on Saturday, November 4th.

Your team always makes inspiring projects! The Delicate Wreath set continues to be one of my favorites. Love stamping it in multiple colors using the MISTI, like I did for my entry card.

Another great challenge where I could use my new fave leaf dies!
One of my favorite colour hues is blush, so I made a tone on tone card with blush hues for this challenge.
I always love joining in on the monthly challenges. A great way to use my pink fresh supplies in ways I hadn’t thought of before the challenge!
Excited to share a second card for this challenge! It was inspired by a technique I watched Channin Pelletier use with colored cardstock and layering stencils. ☺️
I had so much fun creating ombre elements for my card. I hope I can contribute at least one more card for the challenge! ☺️
