I entered both card and layout. I haven’t ever done a layout and thought it might be fun to challenge myself. I used all the colors in the challenge and Aura Gold.
A couple details about my project:
This was actually more challenging than I thought it would be, because a lot of my Pinkfresh Studio supplies are unrelated to the challenge theme of “Love”.
I ended up creating a planner layout with the theme of “Currently Loving”…The stamps I used were Pinkfresh’s contribution to the Stamping Village “Thinking of You” collection. OMG, they are SO CUTE! I’ve never used such a tiny set of layering stamps, and they were so much fun! This was the first time I used those stamps in a project, and I love them! I am sure I will get tons of use from them on future projects.I also used bunches of different patterned papers from the 12×12 “Celebrate” paper collection. I am thinking of buying another one of these paper packs because I am getting close to using them up but nowhere close to being out of ideas for using them. They are so gorgeous.
As far as challenge ideas for the future, I’ll be likely to participate again if you continue to keep them open-ended and flexible like this one was. Thanks for asking!
Thanks again for the great challenge. I enjoyed participating.
Created a 3rd layout for the February challenge!! #78
Submitted a 2nd entry! Another 12×12 layout I created using a mix of collections!!
Such a fun challenge!! I used the Hot Foil Plate Arch Backdrop with the Arch Backdrop Die. I used my copic markers to help me with the color scheme, and I added a Heart too.
I used rainbow negatives of the Love die cut. My challenge was to use up lots of older collection ephemera to make room for the many new things that are coming up. I used the gradient stripes stencil, an older stamp set for the words in rainbow colors, my all-time favorite leaves die cut and hand stitching on a mixed media background. In the future, I would loooove to have a mixed media challenge….
My entry is 63. I had colored this stencil in awhile ago with stencils and finally put it to use today! Took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do but, I love the way it turned out!
I was so inspired this month! I’d love to see pastel colors next!
The DT projects are always so inspiring! I had fun using Sweet Friend Floral for the first time. Thank you for having challenge themes that don’t require specific products so everyone can enter.
I really loved this color combination since it was a little different than what I would typically use.
Created a 12×12 layout with my pinkfresh stash documenting the love between my 2 little girls! Thanks for a fun challenge
What a fitting challenge for February! I just got a whole bunch of Pinkfresh products and used as many as I could on my card! I love your challenges and thanks for the inspiration!
thanks for the perfect inspiration for my sister’s birthday card! :)
This looks like a fun challenge — thanks for hosting it. It is always lovely to have a bit of additional motivation for completing projects. That color combination is beautiful and so inspiring! I’d love to use it for a project sometime, but since the Pinkfresh papers I just bought aren’t in those colors, it’ll be an idea to save for later. I am glad the challenge rules allow for flexibility in color choices.
Trying to use my chevron stamp in a new way, more mileage. I would love to see sketch challenges.
I’m so thankful for the inspiration of the challenges! Having the ink colors listed and a theme really helps me narrow down the choices from all the products that I have in my stash! Thanks for the pretty products to create lovely projects with!!!
I recently discovered your products and I absolutely adore them! Will try to enter every month!
I made a card for my SIL using my set of It’s a New Day (stamps & dies). I know I’ll be using this set lots and lots!!
Loving my new Pinkfresh Studio Butterflies!
Thank you for another fun challenge. I used all Pinkfresh Studio items, including foil plates, stencils, inks and dies. My love affair with PFS hot foil plates continues. Love the fresh take on everything PFS puts out for us.
another great challenge. i used my pinkfresh dies and a foil plate for my card.
I love products from Pinkfresh studio and so glad I got to add to this challenge. The theme is perfect and I hope the team likes my cards ❤️
Great inspiration DT… I love the colors for the challenge.. I used Stencils and the matching Hot Foil plate ..
I found a lovely red heart that was yearning for a few Dainty Blossoms – all the colors from the challenge found their way onto my card today! THAT alone is a win for grey loving me!
=]
My entry card was made for a special friend. The card is made with the butterflies stamps, stencils, and dies and using gold embossing powder on vellum. I also used a sentiment from perfect sentiments. Now I hope I can figure out how to upload it.
my entry this month has hot foil, bling and one of my favorite new products, the sparkling diamonds background die.
Great inspiration!
Beautiful inspiration for the challenge!!!
