Watercolored Sweet Blooms | Kristina Pokazanieva
Hello friends! It’s Kristina here and today I’m sharing this soft watercolor card made using gorgeous Sweet Blooms cling stamp.
I've started by stamping Sweet Blooms stamp set with Antique Linen Distress inks onto piece of watercolor paper and did some no-line coloring.
I’ve used Pinkfresh studio liquid watercolors to color the images. These watercolors are pretty vibrant and saturated, but when I do the no-line coloring I prefer more muted and transparent colors. So to achieve the colors that I wanted, I mixed my own colors on my palette. I mixed purple and pink colors for the flowers, and green, blue and a bit of yellow for the leaves.
Once my coloring was done, I splattered my panel with silver paint and mounted it to the light grey card base with foam tape.
For the sentiment, I stamped a greeting from Sending Love and Hugs stamp set onto a stripe of grey cardstock with clear embossing inks and white heat embossed, before adding it to the card with foam tape.
To finished my card I’ve added some sequins and pearls.
Hope you liked my card! Have a great day!
Kristina
