Watercolored Painted Daisies | TaeEun Yoo
Hello Pinkfresh friends! Hope you’re having a great week so far! It’s TaeEun here today with a watercolored floral card. I love to watercolor the beautiful floral stamps by Pinkfresh Studio. It’s great to have the layering stencil sets to the floral designs, which helps to get a detailed result easily and quickly. But I also love to spend time watercoloring the flowers which is truly therapeutic!
The beautiful bunch of flowers of the Painted Daisies set was a dream to watercolor!
As I wanted to get a no line watercoloring look, I stamped the Painted Daisies in Peach Fuzz and started off watercoloring the flowers in various Spring colors.
After I was done with coloring I cut the image using the coordinating die.
For the bright large floral bunch I chose a simple white background. I cut a white panel with the Hexagon Tiles coverplate die and adhered it on a white cardbase.
The Painted Daisies image is in a rectangle shape. I tilted it a bit and placed it on the upper right corner of the card using foam adhesive. I cut off the excess and added two little leftover flowers to the empty corner.
The Modern Script sentiment was hot foiled in gold, cut with the coordinating die and added to the card with two layers of foam tape for some dimension. I tried several kinds of embellishments and decided to use the Glacier Jewel for a clean look.
That’s it from me for today. Hope you enjoyed looking my card! On coming weekend try to have some coloring time to relax!
Thanks for stopping by!
