Happy Tuesday, Pinkfresh friends! Yasmin here sharing with you a quick and simple yet “Sparkly Christmas” card made using Tree Trimming Friends Stamp Set & Tree Trimming Friends Die Set. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step on how I made it.

To begin with, I started by placing inside my MISTI Stamping Tool a white card panel. Next, after I’ve had the card panel onto place, I’ve gone ahead to line up the solid Christmas tree stamp image from the Tree Trimming Friends Stamp Set.

Therefore, after I’ve had them both line up, I went ahead to stamp the solid image twice using Misty Coast Ink. Then, after I’ve done stamping the solid image, I’ve gone ahead to remove it but, leaving the card panel in place as I was going to continue the stamping for the detailed layer for the Christmas tree.

Moving along, for the detailed layer, I’ve gone ahead to line up the stamp image and once I’ve had it line up, I’ve gone ahead to stamp it twice using Embossing Ink. Thus, after I’ve had the detailed image stamped, I’ve removed the card panel from the stamping tool and, I’ve gone ahead to add Metallic Platinum Sparkle over it. Lastly, to finish the heat embossing, I’ve gone ahead to stamp and gold heat emboss a sentiment from the stamp set on the upper side of the card (as shown in the image above.)

So, to finish the card panel off, I went ahead to line up the largest die from the Diagonal Stitched Rectangle Die Set and once I’ve had them line up, I went ahead to run them through the die-cutting machine to add the stitching detail to the edges. Next, I’ve mounted the card panel with craft foam tape to an A2 top folding Kraft base and once I’ve had the card base done, I’ve gone ahead to start the embellishments for the card. So, to do that first, I’ve gone ahead to stamp 2 bears from the stamp set over a piece of watercolor paper using once again Misty Coast. Second, I’ve gone ahead to slightly watercolor them using the same color ink and a barely touch of water this step was just to add a bit of shadow as I wanted them to look like 2 cute little Polar Bears

Last but not least, I’ve also gone ahead to stamp a few little Gifts using Ocean Breeze, Peach Fuzz and Ballet Slipper besides that, I’ve also gone ahead to stamp Christmas Lights. Thus, after I’ve them stamped, I’ve gone ahead to color them in using the same ink colors plus, Metallic Gold and Marigold. By the way, I’ve also used Metallic Gold and the same color inks to add details on the hat and scarfs from the polar bears. With that said, after I’ve done stamping and coloring, I’ve gone ahead to use the coordinated dies to die-cut each image and soon after I’ve finished the die-cutting, I’ve gone ahead to glue down some of them with liquid glue while other with foam square adhesives to add dimension (as shown in the image above) Finally, to finish the card off, I’ve gone ahead to add white highlights to the Christmas lights and as a finishing touch, I’ve also glued down here and there with liquid glue jewels from the Essentials: Jewel Mix set to add an extra sparkly look.

With that being said, thank you for stopping by we hope you have enjoyed reading the step-by-step on how I’ve created this quick and simple yet “Sparkly Christmas” card showcasing this beautiful and whimsical stamp and die sets.
