Merry and Bright

Hello! It's Kelly here today sharing a fun Christmas design using some of my new favorites! I'm obsessed with coloring this gorgeous Winterberry Background stamp and have used it a few times in a variety of ways. For today, I kept it plain and simple with black stamping and then I colored it with an assortment of alcohol markers. I die cut the panel using the Essentials: Diagonal Stitched Rectnagles to give it that hint of extra detail around the edges.
Once that was done, I set it aside and got to work on the rest of the design elements that I included on today's card! The "Merry and Bright" sentiment, foliage, and frame are all from the GORGEOUS Merry and Bright Frame stamp set. I die cut the frame in both red and white cardstock so I could use the center portion to add the stamped and die cut sentiment. I used the Merry and Bright coordinating die set for those as well as the foliage/berry/poinsettia image that I used around the frame.
If you look closely, you will notice that the dot for the "i" is missing....that's where this little cutie critter from the Tree Trimming Friends stamp set comes in to play! He's doing his very best to reach up there and put that little star to dot the i! LOL! The stamp set DOES come with an "i" just in case you were worried! ha ha! I tucked another little critter up above the "M" as well!
The finishing touch is the trio of Gift Boxes here and there to add to the festive feel! I also added some glitter and some Jewels for some holiday sparkle! I had a so much fun creating this traditional Christmas card! Thanks for joining me today!
