Happy Monday, Pinkfresh friends! Yasmin here sharing with you a delicate “Floral-Framed” inspiration card made using Happy Blooms Frame Cling Stamp, Happy Blooms Frame Layering Stencil Set and Happy Blooms Frame Die. Along with this beautiful set, I’ve used Small Butterflies Hot Foil Plate and Small Butterflies Die to add a subtle butterfly embellishment to compliment the butterfly background card panel, which I created out of one of the patterned papers including in Happy Blooms: 6 x 6 Paper Pack. As for the shakers bits, I used fine glitter from my stash along with jewels from Jewels: Glacier, and of course PFS- Inks as well to add a pop of color to the flora frame. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it.

Therefore, I started off by placing down inside my MISTI Stamping Tool an A2 size white card panel. Next, I went ahead to remove the center piece from Happy Blooms Frame Cling Stamp, and once I had that done, I quickly went ahead to line up the floral frame over it. Then, I proceeded to get the floral frame stamped twice over the white card panel with embossing ink, because I was planning to get it heat emboss after the stamping. Thus, as soon as I had finished stamping the floral frame, I went ahead to add gold embossing powder and then I finish it off by heat setting the powder using my heat embossing gun tool.

Thus, as soon as the heat embossing process was completed. I went ahead to start off the layering stencil for the floral frame, so as per usual with every layering stencil set, I started off by placing down an A2 size white card panel over my Make Art - Stay-tion - 7 Inch and then, I quickly went ahead to line up over it Stencil #1 from Happy Blooms Frame Layering Stencil Set. Once, I had that step done, I’ve gone ahead to use an ink blending brush along with Mint Ink to ink up some of the leaves from the frame.

Next, as soon as I’ve had finished inking up the leaves with stencil #1, I went ahead to continue the layering stencil for the other leaves by using Stencil #2 along with Meadow Ink. So on and so forth, I kept inking it up the floral frame by using Stencil #3 along with Soft Lilac Ink, Stencil #4 along with Ocean Breeze Ink and last but not least, Stencil #5 along with Candy Violet Ink.

Moving on, after I had finished inking up the floral frame, I went ahead to line up over it its coordinating die which happens to be Happy Blooms Frame Die. Thus, right after that I had them both line up, I went ahead to run them through my die-cut machine to die-cut the center out of it. This frame is pretty as is in case you want to keep it with the stamping step only. However, by adding the die-cutting step is even prettier as you can add dimension or create a shaker card just like I did for this example.

Having that said, right after that I had finished the die-cutting process for the floral frame, I went ahead to trim off the edges from it and then, I adhered down a piece of acetate to the backing of it with double-sided tape. Next, I added dimension by adding pieces of craft foam adhesive and then, I added fine glitter and some of the Jewels: Glacier as my shaker bits to a second card panel that I’ve had previously trim down with my paper trimmer using one of the patterned papers from Happy Blooms: 6 x 6 Paper Pack. Lastly, to finish off the shaker off, I went ahead to peel off the backing of the craft foam adhesive and then, I quickly went ahead to adhere down the shaker floral frame over the patterned card panel.

Lastly, as soon as I had the front of the card panel completed, I’ve gone ahead to adhere it down to an A2 top folding white card base using double-sided adhesive and then, I proceeded to get the embellishing down for the card. So, as the embellishments, I went ahead to glue down some butterflies on the upper right and lower left corner of the frame. Butterflies, which I’ve had previously created using Small Butterflies Hot Foil Plate and Small Butterflies Die along with a combination of acetate, gold foil and translucent vellum. Finally, after I had finished gluing down the butterflies, I finished the card off by gluing down the card sentiment over the acetate, a sentiment which I’ve had stamped, and heat emboss over a piece of white cardstock using one of the sentiments including in the stamp set and I’ve had die-cut out of the white cardstock as well using one of the coordinating dies including in the die set.
