Happy Tuesday, Pinkfresh friends! Yasmin here sharing with you an “Easel-Interactive’’ inspiration card made using the latest; Garden Wreath Die Set and Heartfelt Thanks Stamp Set along with this beautiful sets, I’ve also used Essentials: Stitched Squares Die Set, Essentials: Lacey Edgers 1 Die Set and Slim Stripes Die Set to create the card base. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it.

To begin with, I started off by creating the mini die-cutting wreath so therefore, to do that, I went ahead to line up each die from Garden Wreath Die Set over pieces of water-colored scraps to die-cut the greenery and flowers. By the way, this beautiful set includes 9 dies that die-cut the greenery, 1 die the die-cut 5 different size of flowers and of course the the die that die-cut the rim for the wreath.

Therefore, after I’ve had finished the die-cutting process, I’ve gone ahead to create the mini die-cutting wreath by gluing down around the wreath rim each of the greenery until I had it fully covered. Once, I had that step done, I’ve gone ahead to set it off aside while, I went to stamp with embossing ink one of the sentiments from Heartfelt Thanks Stamp Set over a piece of translucent vellum. Thus, as soon as I had finished stamping it, I’ve gone ahead to get the gold heat embossing done, and then I’ve gone ahead to fussy cut out the sentiment from the translucent vellum with a small pair of scissors.

Thus, after I had the wreath and sentiment finished, I’ve gone ahead to mount the sentiment over wreath and then, I set it off aside. Meanwhile, I went ahead to line up over a large piece of white cardstock the largest and the medium stitched dies from Essentials: Stitched Squares Die Set and then, I went ahead to run them through my die-cutting machine to die-cut them out from the cardstock and to add the stitching detailed frame to them. So, quickly after I had finished die-cutting them out from the cardstock, I’ve gone ahead to mount the smaller stitched square over the larger with craft foam adhesive to add dimension and then, I’ve gotten the wreath gluing down with liquid glue over it (as shown in the image above.)

So, after finishing the focal point of the card, I went ahead to create the easel card base therefore to do that, I went ahead to trim off a large piece of heavy weight cardstock to H 4-1/4 x W 8-1/2 inches. Then, I went ahead to place the cardstock down over my scoring board tool to trace 2 scoring lines at 4-1/4 and 6-3/8 inches marks. Having that said, as soon as I had finished scoring the lines, I went ahead to reinforce the folds using my bone-folder and then, I added double-sided tape to the lower half of the top flap of the card to adhere the already layered focal point to it.

Nevertheless, after having the card base and focal point adhere to it, I decided to add a delicate Lacey edge touch to the inner lower flap for the card. So, to do that, I went ahead to line up one of the Lacey edge dies from Essentials: Lacey Edgers 1 Die Set over a piece of white cardstock that measured W 4-1/5 x H 1-1/4 inches and then, I ran them through the die-cutting machine.

Lastly, I went ahead to mount it edge to edge to inside of the card using craft foam adhesive to add d bit of dimension and to add a gold accent, I decided to adhere a strip of gold cardstock which, I’ve had previously die-cut using the medium size die from Slim Stripes Die Set.

Finally, to finishing the card off, I went ahead to glue down here and there with liquid glue some jewels from Essentials: Jewel Mix to add a pop of shine!
