Hello crafty friends! It’s TaeEun here today sharing an autumnal card featuring some new items form the July 2022 Release. I chose orange-brown color scheme for my Fall card and used the Fall Foliage Stencil, Dainty Plaid and Sentiment Suite: you hot foil set from the July Release.

To start off I stenciled the Fall Foliage on Neenah solar white cardstock. I used Clementine, Peach Fuzz, Warm Buff, Doe and Misty Coast. I didn’t use the ink colors as solo, instead I mixed two colors to get a variety of Fall colors. The mix of brown tones like Warm Buff or Doe with Misty Coast creates grayish brown like taupe. If you add Clementine to brown you’ll get terracotta color. After the stenciling was done I cut the leaves using the coordinating die. 

To create the background I heat embossed the Dainty Plaid in white on Neenah solar white panel and stenciled it in Apricot and Warm Buff. I ink blended the ink colors with a very light hand to get soft colors. I cut an oval piece off the center of the stenciled background panel using the small Blanket Stitched Oval die. 

I once again heat embossed the Dainty Plaid in white on a white panel and cut an oval panel from it using the large Blanket Stitched Oval die. 

I adhered the background panel flat on a white cardbase and layered the white oval panel and the stenciled small oval panel on the center of the card using foam tape. 

Next I arranged the stenciled leaves around the large oval panel. I used foam tape to add them for some dimension. 

The Sentiment Suite: You was hot foiled in gold, cut using the coordinating die and foam mounted on the central oval panel. I adhered two small leaves on the upper right corner of the sentiment. The sub-sentiment is from the Simply Sentiments: You set. I heat embossed it in white on a strip of dark brown cardstock, cut it in a banner and added it to the die cut "you".  

To finish off I added four Matte Gold Metallic Pearls.
